My role
Founder & Operations Lead
I handled the full customer journey: producing and quality-checking the sugarwax, creating content, answering messages, packing orders, and coordinating meetups and drop-offs.

I'm a Hospitality Management graduate with a strong foundation in high-level customer service, relationship management, and organization.
Running Local Made taught me how to take ownership, solve problems quickly, and make sure the small details never get lost. Now, I'm bringing that same energy to businesses that need a reliable extra pair of hands—and a thoughtful creative partner.

Basic measurement keeps separate daily totals for page views, approximate country, device type and traffic source. It stores no visitor identifiers or IP addresses in the analytics database.
With your permission, detailed measurement also records active time, scroll depth and clicks, using a random browser ID to estimate unique and returning visitors. No names or recordings. The ID expires after 90 days.
Detailed analytics is off. Changing this choice does not affect the portfolio. Reports cover up to 90 days; expired data is removed on subsequent site activity. Turning measurement off stops future collection; earlier counts remain until expiry. Hosting security logs are separate.
